Service Description

My goal is to educate clients on how to achieve and sustain healthy habits as part of a daily routine that includes exercising, eating healthy, managing triggers, setting realistic goals, eliminating stress, maintaining healthy relationships, essential oils and more.

Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule it must be 24 hours in advance, if you are canceling all together there will be a fee collected depending on package and program.
