Spreading Good Vibes on Social Media
Updated: Dec 20, 2019
I am sure a lot of you get sick of all the negativity on social media. I know I sure do! Every time I see something negative it brings me down. Yet when I see something positive like a baby being born, a proposal, a puppy, or health transformations; it makes me so happy. I love seeing good things happen to my family, friends, and acquaintances.
I don't know about you, but I think there needs to be a stop to all the negativity. I question why people post about politics, deaths, or the fact that they are really mad about a certain thing. To me that makes no sense, most people don't want to hear about it. I'm sure a lot of you are wondering why I am writing this because it has nothing to deal with fitness.
Well first off it's because I am a hippie and second I love to spread good vibes. I always enjoy giving people compliments or sharing an encouraging quote. I believe we all tend to look at life differently, some of us are very optimistic and believe everything happens for a reason. However, we have a lot of pessimistic people in the world that drags all the optimistic people down. Now am I saying to go at life thinking something wonderful is going to happen every time; No! But you need to have faith because if you keep going at life doubting everything you do and people around you; your never are going to be happy.
At this moment, what I want you to do is to think about what's good that is going on in your life. Not just the big things, the little things too. Next, I want you to post about it and see if anyone responds. You could even post a positive quote that stands out to you. I also would like you to tag me and Smage Wellness in it, because I want to know all the good things that's happening for all of you.
Another thing to remember is that you can eat right, work out, but still be unhealthy because stress kills. So keep the good vibes coming and next time you want to post something negative,
I want you to try to think of something positive and post that instead. Please share this blog! We have to keep this happy train alive!
Peace, Love, Happiness
